The Colombo Bourse ended the day in green, with the benchmark ASPI index gaining 129.37 points (+0.72%), to close at 18,161.49 whilst the more liquid S&P SL20 index up by 36.89 points (+0.69%) to close at 5,358.64. Counters such as JKH, HNB, CFIN, RIL, and MELS led the ASPI's appreciation.
