The Colombo bourse managed to recoup part of the previous day’s sharp ASPI decline of 712.90 points, with the notable recovery witnessed today. The market closed in positive territory, as the ASPI gained 467.26 points (+3.19%) to close at 15,127.71, while the S&P SL20 rose by 193.65 points (+4.54%) to end at 4,458.49. COMB, JKH, SAMP, HNB, and HAYL contributed to the upward seen in ASPI.
